Oxford Green councillors Mike Woodin and Deborah Glass are celebrating the birth of their second child.
Raphael Edward Woodin was born in the early hours of Friday morning at the John Radcliffe Hospital and weighed 7lb 6oz. The couple also have a daughter Talia, aged two.
Dr Woodin, a lecturer at Balliol College, said: "I'm still feeling a bit dazed and I have been struggling to read all my council agendas."
