In the Premier Division, leaders Highfield Old Boys suffered a surprise 3-2 defeat at home to Haddenham United.
A two-goal salvo from Stuart Barr and an Alan Lewis strike gave Haddenham the points.
Second-placed Long Crendon took advantage of Highfield's slip-up with a 6-1 victory at home to bottom side Ruscote Sports.
Darren Gascoyne led the way with a hat-trick, with Gavin Hansell, Matt Costart and Darby also on target.
Julian McCalmon grabbed Yarnton's winner in their 2-1 victory at home to Marston Saints.
Zia Khan had put Yarnton ahead only for Ricky James to equalise.
