Controversial plans by Esso to sell alcohol at its garage and shop in Station Road, Wallingford, will be considered by licensing justices.
If they say Esso can apply, a magistrates' court hearing will be held so protesters, who fear there will be noise and disturbance if the garage is allowed to sell alcohol, can have their say.
