A traveller is still in hospital with a broken neck after smashing a Mercedes into the side of the Blackwell's building in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford.
The 35-year-old was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, early on Tuesday, April 2.
Police had been called to land beside the ice rink, Oxpens Road -- where travellers had gathered for a wedding -- following reports of a Mercedes being driven erratically and dangerously.
Police followed the car off the site and it subsequently crashed.
No action has been taken so far by Oxford police as the man is not yet fit enough to talk to officers.
