The driver of a white Vauxhall is being sought by police after a lorry toppled over on a main Oxfordshire road.
The eastbound carriageway of the A420 Oxford to Swindon road was closed for several hours on Tuesday after an articulated lorry overturned on the Kingston Bagpuize bypass.
The lorry, which was carrying motor parts, toppled on to its side near the roundabout junction with the A415 Abingdon to Witney road shortly before 1pm.
The driver, who was returning from Swindon to his home in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, escaped with slight injuries, but was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for a precautionary check-up.
Pc Mark Gulliford said: "We believe that a white Vauxhall Frontera four-wheel-drive vehicle, travelling in the same direction, was involved and may have cut up the lorry.
"We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen this vehicle around the time of the incident."
Call Pc Gulliford on 01235 556920 with information.
