Kevin Brock faces the biggest test of his managerial reign at Banbury United, when his side take on fellow Dr Martens Eastern Division strugglers Wisbech Town at The Stadium tomorrow.
Brock's side were in eighth place just before Christmas, but they now lie two points from the drop after an alarming slump. They have won only one of their last nine league games, and desperately need a win.
Brock said: "It's the biggest game since I have been here. Last year if we had the same number of points we would have been fine, but the league is very tight.
"We have a game in hand over clubs above and below us. But it's down to us. If we don't get something against Wisbech, and then at Chatham, we deserve to get relegated."
Banbury have doubts over Jon Corbett (calf) and Terry Muckelberg (leg), though Jason Allen returns from suspension, while journeyman striker Steve Jenkins is included. "Even if he doesn't play, he's a good character to have in the changing room," added Brock.
