A man was killed and three other people were hurt when a car crashed on the M40.
The accident happened at 7am on Sunday, April 14, on the northbound carriageway between junctions six and seven, between Lewknor and Milton Common. No other vehicles were involved.
Thames Valley Police said the blue BMW car had a tyre blow-out as it travelled towards Oxford.
The car left the carriageway and rolled down the embankment.
Three other people in the car were taken by ambulance to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington, Oxford. Police said their condition varied from stable to serious.
Firefighters from Watlington and Thame and the specialist rescue vehicle from Kidlington were called to the accident.
