Striker Harry Burnley proved to be Henley's undoing for the second time in a week.
Burnley scoring both North Leigh goals in Tuesday's win at Henley, and he came off the bench to snatch the winner in Saturday's return fixture to set up next week's home title decider against Premier Division leaders Gloucester United.
Neither side created a real chance in the first half, and a goalless draw looked on the cards until North Leigh's winning goal came in the 75th minute.
Skipper Gary Murphy's cross was beaten out by Stuart Gosbey, but only to Burnley, who volleyed the ball back past the helpless keeper.
Andy McCabe then saw a thunderous shot hit the crossbar as North Leigh finished on a high note.
