Student Ruth Macdonald has gone public with her graduation project.

Ruth Macdonald with some of her work

Ruth is in the final year of a BA Fine Art course at the Oxfordshire School of Art and Design in Banbury. Her work involves CCTV coverage and how everyday life is captured by the spy-in-the-sky cameras.

For the rest of this month, some of Ruth's work will be on public display. A 20ft by 10ft poster of a couple walking home from the shops will be pasted at the corner of Bloxham Road and Oxford Road. The picture is a still from CCTV footage.

More examples of Ruth's work are being exhibited at The Venue pub, White Lion Walk, Banbury, until Thursday, June 20.

The Venue is sponsoring Ruth through her graduation course.

The School of Art and Design's end of year show will be from June 7 to June 11, when visitors will be able to see the work of all graduates.
