Oxford are boosted by the return of all-rounders Shahbaz Ali and Graham Charlesworth for their trip to high-flying rivals Farnham Royal in Division 2 West.
They take the places of Adam Krol, who is unavailable, and Ali Malik, who drops down to the 2nd XI.
Paceman David Angove continues to be troubled by a knee injury, but is set play in the 2nd XI as a batsman, while Ben Thompson is unavailable.
Oxford will be out for revenge after crashing out of the National Club Championship to last season's Thames Valley League champions with an 81-run defeat back in April.
Skipper Rupert Evans said: "We were disappointed to lose that, but as far as we are concerned this is a lot more important, and hopefully we can reverse that result."
