A boundary off the last ball by Chris Bateman gave Oxfordshire a dramatic two-wicket victory over Warwickshire in the ECB 50-Plus Championship at Banbury Twenty.
At 120-1, Warwickshire looked set for a useful total, but then eight wickets fell for 49 as the Oxon bowlers hit back.
Ian Caunce was outstanding in the field with three catches, including a spectacular one-handed effort on the boundary.
In reply, Oxon lost two early wickets, but skipper Phil Garner (45) and Roger Bates, who scored his 37 of 41 balls, put them back in the hunt.
Requiring 22 to win off the last two overs, Bateman emerged the hero, scoring a six and two fours in his 16 off 11 balls.
