Bicester & North Oxford have boosted their survival hopes in Home Counties Premier League Division 1 by signing former Oxford University seamer Salman Khan.
Khan, who also bats handily and won four Blues from 1998-2001, makes his Bicester debut for the visit of Reading to Akeman Street tomorrow.
"I think Salman will be a great asset at this level," said Bicester captain Darryl Woods, whose side are one off the bottom of the table.
Bicester are able to name their strongest line up, with Woods himself returning from holiday after missing the draw with Wycombe last Saturday.
In addition, swing bowler Mark Stanway has recovered from an ankle injury and makes his seasonal debut.
