One-stop job shops are being set up in Oxfordshire hospitals to help people find work in the NHS.
The John Radcliffe Hospital, in Headington, Oxford, and The Horton, Banbury, are opening the job agencies in July, advertising all NHS vacancies across the county.
Managerial, administrative, nursing and ancillary jobs from all Oxfordshire's NHS trusts will be advertised at the shops, on the JR's main level two corridor, and the former Mary Ann's Pantry at The Horton.
Jenny Stone, of in-house temping agency NHS Professionals, said: "It's like a High Street employment agency. It will focus on the vacancies, but there will also be information about careers, development opportunities and return-to-practice courses.
"Each trust will provide the job shops with details of their vacancies, with job descriptions and person specifications, and if we see an appropriate applicant, we will fill in the details.
"We're not going to interview people, but we shall use our experience to assess their capacity for the job."
Managers hope the job shops will lead to impromptu inquiries from some of the thousands of people who walk past every week.
It is thought that it could also prevent people missing deadlines for advertised jobs.
The NHS in Oxfordshire suffers from staff shortages, because of the high cost of living.
