A 19-YEAR-OLD woman was indecently assaulted while walking in Blackbird Leys, Oxford.
She was attacked in Sandy Lane West on Monday, October 7, at 4.15pm.
Her attacker spoke with an eastern European accent, and was in his mid-20s.
He is described as about 5ft tall, with short brown hair, and of heavy build. He has a long, thin face with heavy stubble and prominent teeth.
He was wearing light-coloured tracksuit trousers, a brown top and a waist-length winter coat. He has dark skin.
