A £40,000 games wall and youth shelter -- also known as a Muga, or Multi-Use Games Area -- has been unveiled in the recreation ground at Cholsey, near Wallingford.

John Griffin, the chairman of South Oxfordshire District Council, cut the ribbon and lobbed a basketball into the net to declare the site open on Wednesday, October 9.
The area includes both grass and hard surfaces with pitch and wall markings for various sports. A nearby shelter provides somewhere to chat.
