An oxfordshire architects firm is on the expansion trail after taking over a Welsh rival.
Nightingale Associates, based in Harwell, has bought h2M, marking the first phase of rapid growth plans for the company.
Chairman Mike Nightingale said: "We are delighted to be complementing our existing team of 120 staff with this high-calibre group of like-minded people.
"Top quality architecture is our hallmark and the extra capacity and geographical spread will enable us to enhance our service to clients."
In May, Nightingale joined the Tribal Group and expects to celebrate the first anniversary of being part of a plc by opening another office in the North of England. In addition to its Harwell headquarters, Nightingale now has offices in Cardiff, London, and Brighton.
