Work is about to start on converting former blanket mills in Bridge Street, Witney, into offices and flats.
The Elliott Charles Group has been granted planning permission by West Oxfordshire District Council to turn the ground floor at Bridge Street Mills into offices, with 10 one and two-bedroomed apartments above.
The conversion is expected to be completed by next sping.
