Newly-promoted Oxford will face old adversaries Banbury in a mouthwatering opener to the Home Counties Premier League Division 1 season next year.

It will be the first league meeting between the two clubs since 1999 when they clashed in Division 1 of the Cherwell League.

Henley, the county's other top-flight club, open their programme with a trip to Beaconsfield.

In the second round of matches, Oxford, this year's Division 2 West champions, visit Hemel Hempstead Town, the winners of Division 2 East.

Banbury are at home to Radlett, while Henley entertain Reading.

In the third week of the season, Oxford have another local derby, at home to Henley.

Banbury play hosts to champions High Wycombe in week four, while Oxford must wait until the ninth round of matches before they have a crack at the title winners.
