A special meeting of Grove Parish Council is to be held following proposals to build up to 2,500 homes on the former airfield.
The meeting, in Old Mill Hall, is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, at 7.30pm.
Views will then be sent to Vale of White Horse District Council.
