Grove is to host a national gathering of sword experts.
Demonstrations of expert swordplay dating back to the fourteenth century will take place in Old Mill Hall on Sunday, November 3.
Run by The School of the Sword, the event will feature members of the Historical European Martial Arts Coalition.
Gary Stewart, of The School of the Sword, said: "This is a truly martial study and not re-enactment.
"There are respected teachers presenting material from original sources from 1300 up until the mid-1600s."
The event is due to begin at 10am.
