New software for small landlords and buy-to-let investors has been launched by an Oxfordshire computer company.
The software, called James Scott's Property Investor 2003, enables users to organise and manage all their rental properties with one program.
James Scott, who is himself a landlord, set up the company Property Investor Software, in Witney, and says the program has been well received.
He said: "Many landlords and property owners in the UK have been trying to manage their portfolios using pieces of paper and makeshift spreadsheets.
"We have given them a powerful and convenient tool for handling all aspects of property management".
