Littlemore recorded their first Division 1 win of the season and their first victory at Milton Keynes for a number of years when they triumphed 18-14.
A try by prop Chris Shipley and a penalty from Adam Thompson put Littlemore 8-7 ahead after half-time.
Milton Keynes then went ahead with a second converted try. However, a double substitution, with the experienced Dick Rudman and Russell Hixon coming on, led to a rousing finale which produced a second try for Shipley and a decisive effort from winger Dale Channer with five minutes left.
