A white supremacist from Carterton who plotted race war after stockpiling weapons was today facing jail for up to 14 years.
Detectives believe David Tovey, 37, of Brizewood, who had stalked black and Asian families, could have attacked at any time.
Judge Mary Jane Mowat was expected to pass sentence on him today at Oxford Crown Court.
