A teenager died in a car crash on a south Oxfordshire road on December 12.
The 16-year-old girl, who has not been named, suffered fatal injuries during the accident, on Chinnor Road, near Thame.
Firefighters were called to the scene to release her from a Ford Fiesta, after the incident at 10.30pm.
Paramedics took her and a man involved in the crash to the John Radcliffe Hospital, in Headington, Oxford.
It is thought the Fiesta was the only car involved in the accident.
