Winger Nnamdi Obi was chosen as Henley Hawks' player of the season at their end-of-season party.
It was quite an evening for the player who joined the Hawks at the beginning of the season from Imperial Medics, for he also collected the award for the try of the season - a spectacular 80-metre effort against Fylde.
The players voted Danny Batty their clubman of the year for his work in coaching and managing the Hawks Alliance XV, who won the Oxfordshire Cup.
Batty in turn nominated Ian Gibbons as Alliance player of the year. He played throughout the season while doubling up as fitness coach for Premiership side Gloucester.
