Prop Simon Chadbone was chosen as the Oxford Harlequins players' player of the year at the club's annual awards dinner.
Second-row forward Ben Brusch won the most improved player award, while centre Richard Rouse, who is expected to return to his native Australia later this year, took the prize as the most influential player.
John Cope, father of skipper Jamie and scrum half Anthony, was named clubman of the year.
The awards were made by Ian Kempson, the Oxfordshire RFU president.
Director of Rugby, Matt Maudsley, who saw his side promoted to South West 1, said he hoped the club continue the progress they had made this season.
