Greyhound trainers at Oxford Stadium are to get a ten per cent increase in bonuses with immediate effect.
The decision was agreed at last week's meeting between the trainers and the track's management.
The introduction of a curtain to stop the greyhounds doing extra laps after a race finished was also discussed.
This procedure is to be operated by the kennel staff on a rota basis until an agreement on the system is finalised. Only then will it go into operation.
The next meeting is due next month.
