Staff from Wantage's two medical practices hope to move into the town's new purpose-built health centre at the end of the month.
The Church Street and Newbury Street Practices aim to move from Garston Lane to the new Mably Way centre over the weekend of May 31 to be open for surgeries on June 2.
An open day will be staged the following weekend.
There will be an official opening ceremony later in the month.
In preparation for the relocation, the dispensary at the Church Street Practice will be closed on May 29 and 30.
Patients with repeat prescriptions are advised to get their orders in early.
