Motorists from Oxfordshire were affected by delays following a serious crash on the M40.
Tailbacks stretched back as far as junction five at Stokenchurch, on the border between Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
The crash happened shortly after 9am on May 13, between junction two, at Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, and three at Loudwater.
A lorry crossed the central reservation, colliding with two cars.
The lorry driver died at the scene. The drivers of the two cars were not seriously injured.
