Electricity companies Aquila and Southern Electric have agreed to pay more than £1.8m to customers left without power during last October's storms, energy regulator Ofgem has announced.
People living near Charlbury, Adderbury, Great Tew and Finmere were among those affected.
Payouts range from £25 to £325.
