A man has appeared before magistrates charged with possessing an offensive weapon and affray in Blackbird Leys, Oxford.
Michael Carr, 46, of Falcon Close, is alleged to have brandished a machete during a disorder in Falcon Close on August 29.
Oxford Magistrates bailed him to return to court on September 16.
