For the third year in succession, Woodstock Harriers have qualified for the finals of the National 12-Stage Road Relays at Sutton Park, Birmingham.
In the qualifying round at Walton Hall, Milton Keynes, Harriers came 24th from 58 starting teams.
The relays comprise six legs of 7,978m and six legs of 5,506m run alternately. Oxford City finished 37th, while Headington's men failed to finish.
In the women's six-stage competition, with all stages over the shorter distance, Headington Road Runners earned a creditable fifth place.
Woodstock men's times (long and short stages alternately): B Vaughan 27.16, D Sheppard 19.31, D Croft 27.19, T Glare 21.03. C Sykes 27.38, D Ashton 18.37, S Mead 28.43, R Shipway 18.57, T Hunn 27.02, R Linnell 19.49, G Dell 27.12, P George 19.46.
Headington Road Runners women's times (5,506m): A Hirst 19.30, J Craft 19.48, S Walters 22.46, J Ashton 21.59, S Whitworth 22.17, T Galbraith 20.08.
