Cherry Red Records Hellenic League: Brackley Town will be going all-out for victory as they bid to lift the Premier Division crown at Fairford Town tomorrow.

A 1-1 draw at Highworth last night put Brackley back on top of the table, but with Southall travelling to lowly Almondsbury tomorrow, it seems likely that only a victory will do for Tim Fowler's men.

"We need to win - it's as simple as that. We know that will be difficult, but we are quite capable to do it."

Terry Muckelburg, who scored a brilliant goal last night, picked up a calf injury and is ruled out.

Didcot Town, whose title hopes evaporated last Saturday against Highworth, travel to lowly Tuffley Rovers for their last league game of the season.

Manager Pete Foley could not hide his disappointment at missing out on the championship, but pointed to two poor spells as the reason behind his team's failure.

He said: "We had very two bad runs this season. The three games we lost on the bounce in December and the awful March cost us dearly.

"We didn't score enough goals - and that has proved our downfall. The league table doesn't lie, and we have to learn from our mistakes and improve for next year."

Ian Concannon is unavailable as he is on his stag weekend, while Andy Cooper is doubtful.

Scott Taylor has been called away by the RAF again, while Frankie Dorrian is ruled out through injury.

Abingdon United will be aiming to ruin the hopes of title-chasing Slimbridge.

Carl Wilkins has returned from abroad, but is doubtful following an injury in midweek.

In Division 1 West, Ardley United will be looking to end the unbeaten run of champions Purton.

They could be without Neil Barrett, who has a hamstring injury.

Kidlington's Luke Holden will hope to secure the league's 'golden boot' award as they travel to Easington Sports.

Holden has scored 32 goals, and notched his fourth hat-trick of the season in the midweek 4-1 victory against Quarry Nomads.

Matt Tarry is back after suspension.

Witney United will retain the youth players who performed so well in their narrow midweek defeat at Shrivenham for the visit of Adderbury Park to Marriotts Stadium.

Darren Smith, Steve Haynes and Duncan Fitzgerald are all ruled out.

Division 1 East champions Wantage Town will be presented with the trophy prior to their game at Martin Baker Sports.

Paul Day is doubtful with a leg injury.

Milton United, who secured promotion last night with a 1-1 draw against Rayners Lane, host Bisley Sports.
