Just when Banbury all-rounder Ollie Murrey appeared to have consolidated his place in the side, he has been struck down by injury.

Murrey's spell of 4-28 did much to set up the victory over Potters Bar last Saturday.

However, while fielding late on in the innings, Murrey fell awkwardly and dislocated two knuckles and broke a bone in his right hand.

That means he misses tomorrow's derby clash with Oxford at Rover Cowley - and probably the rest of the season.

"It's a big blow, as Ollie has become a valuable member of the side," said Banbury skipper Richard Kaufman.

Simon Launder, who returned early from holiday early, got a game last week, when Calum Taylor pulled out with a stomach bug.

So, the only change for the Oxford game sees Taylor return for Murrey.

Despite suffering a groin strain in the drawn game with Finchamsptead last week, Oxford skipper Rupert Evans has named himself in an unchanged side.

Johhny Nambiar should be in good form for Oxford, having made a century on his debut for Middlesex 2nd against Surrey 2nd in midweek.

Leaders Henley also expect to be unchanged for their visit to High Wycombe.

The only doubt concerns Dave Allaway, who has chipped a bone in his shoulder. Barney Hogg is standing by.

Thame, who have plunged close to the Division 2 West relegation zone, after mid-season availability problems, welcome back skipper Rob Brooks for their crucial basement battle at home to NPL Teddington.

Brooks has not played for five weeks after a cricket tour to the Caribbean and a fortnight's holiday.

Aston Rowant, whose recent good form has seen them move into the relative comfort of a mid-table position, are at home to improving Beaconsfield.
