The Oxfordshire Development XI were denied victory in their two-day match with Bucks at Dinton when a thunderstorm washed out play half an hour after tea.
Oxfordshire were left high and not so dry on 246-5, chasing the home side's 313 all out.
Freeland's Stuart Hole was the star of the show for the visitors.
Hole was unbeaten on 55 when the heavens opened, 44 of those runs coming from boundaries.
Thame's James Cook overcame a sticky start to top score with 59, while Andy Hemming (36) and Danny Harding (24) helped to lift the tempo.
