North Oxford B will go forward to the play-off stage in September after winning the Crossflight Oxfordshire National Club League.
Although Cholsey finished the season with more points than North Oxford, the latter are crowned champions after winning more matches.
If they are successful next month, they will join their A side in the regional stages.
