Golden oldie Betty Hawtin left the youngsters behind to win Chipping Norton's Hutchinson Cup for the second time - but 28 years after her maiden success!

The former ladies captain and president produced an excellent nett 63 to land the crown at the weekend, following on from her previous success way back in 1976.

But the victory has come at a price - the handicap committee immediately cut her handicap by three to 23.

Rita Cumberland finished second with a nett 65.
