Autotype UTV League: Childrey OHB held their nerve to send Autotype UTV League rivals Wallingford Exiles crashing out on penalties in the third round of the Berks & Bucks Sunday Junior Cup.

David Cheeseman (2) and Jon Colquhoun were on the mark for Exiles, but Robert Winfield, Neil Smith and Joe Harvey replied for Childrey as the game finished 3-3 after extra-time.

But Childrey won the shoot-out 3-1 to go through.

Matty Aplin was the Supersonic Sunday hero, hitting both goals in his side's 2-1 win over Barton Rovers Res.

Saxton Rovers survived a Dorchester United fightback to win their Devenney Cup third-round tie 4-3.

Saxton raced into a 4-0 lead thanks to Derek Palfrey (2), Michael Beale and Andy Shaw, but Dorchester battled back with goals from Brian Rawlings (2) and Ian Marshall.

Saxton were forced to hang on for the last 15 minutes to book their place in the next round.

In a delayed second round match, a Chris Herbert hat-trick ensured there was going to be no shock for Horseshoe as they beat Cumnor 5-2.

Chris Allison and Andy Stock added the others, with strikes from Andy Oliver and Kevin Betteridge proving in vain for Cumnor.

In the third round of the Ridgeway Cup, Elsevier easily overcame Oxford Great Lakes 6-0.

Steve Haynes (2), Ian McGoldrick, James Baker, Neil Boon and Jon Soffe were on target.

In Division 1, Forest Hill chalked up their first league win with a 6-1 crushing of Brightwell Red Lion.

Brian Barrett's hat-trick led the way, with Gareth Aldworth and James Durham also among the scorers. David Rolls scored Brightwell's consolation.

AFC Oxford move up to third place after a convincing 4-0 drubbing of in-form East Hendred.

Paul Robinson, Eddie Potter, Matty Tompkins and Alex Walls scored the goals.

Tom Larman hit a hat-trick and James Organ a brace as Alfredian Rebels beat Sandman 7-3.

Tom Shorley and Francis O'Neil also scored, with the Sandman replies coming from Dave Humphries, Steve King and James Dolling.

Jackass Inn went six points clear at the top of Division 2 after a 5-0 win at Standlake Garage.

Lee Kilpin cracked five goals, with David Jerrams, Andy Payne and Alan Studholme completing the rout.

Steventon Sunday squeezed past AFC Kidlington 5-4, with Paul Empson (2), Kevin Kogel (2) and Richard Chilvers scoring.

In Division 3A, Richard Stevenson, Ian Luckett and Steve Reynolds all hit doubles as Clanfield 85 thrashed Abbott Medisense Res 7-0. Steve Harris added No 7.

Carterton are also on the up after a narrow 3-2 home win over Leys Community Church, Dave Threlfall, Gary Angus and Scott Walters finding the net.

Chris Jordan bagged a hat-trick as CR Marks won a seven-goal thriller against Stocks. Matt Tarry also netted, with James Carr, Steve Cartmell and Paul Janssen replying for Stocks.

Wheatsheaf Didcot went top of Division 3B after bagging eight goals for the second successive week against Sandman Res.

Gareth Fenton (4), Mark Burnage, Ben Chaffey, Ben Sutton and Nick Guiry scored in an 8-2 win.
