Oxford City have signed goalkeeper Matt Finlay from St Neots Town - and he makes his debut against Corby Town in Southern League Division 1 West at Court Place Farm tonight (Tuesday).
The 24-year-old's arrival is timely as on-loan keeper Lee Farrow has been recalled by Stevenage to be on the bench at home to Woking tonight.
Farrow will be cover for the reserve keeper, who plays with former Oxford United keeper Andy Woodman suspended after getting sent off in the FA Cup against Rochdale on Saturday.
City boss Andy Sinnott, still seeking a first home league win this season, said: "Matt is an experienced keeper who was on Northampton's books and has also played for Brackley.
"Hopefully he will establish himself as our No 1."
Sinnott has also signed 19-year-old Tom Butler from Abingdon Town, and he is added to the squad.
