Ramon Diaz was sensationally announced as Oxford United's new manager today.
Ramon DiazThe former Argentinian striker, 46, was unveiled at a lunchtime press conference and will replace Graham Rix in the Kassam Stadium hot-seat.
Diaz, who was coach at River Plate and won the domestic title there five times, brings with him a massive backroom staff.
Horatio Rodriguez is the new coach, Marcovic Raoul his assistant, who will be working with David Oldfield, as well as Dr Rafael Giuilietti and physical trainer Paolo Fernandez.
Jean Marc Goiran is a friend of Kassam's, who will act as Diaz's assistant because he does not speak English.
