Celebrity chef and food writer Sophie Grigson is to open a country life shop in Wallingford's newest shopping development.
She will be at Down To Earth in the newly-built arcade linking St Martin's and St Mary's streets in the town centre on March 18 to do the honours at 10.30am.
The shop belongs to Paula Elias who is already well known in the town from her farmers' market stall The Nuttery. She will sell locally grown vegetables, as well as kitchen and garden equipment.
