White Horse Harrier Paul Jegou continued his run of form in multi-terrain races with an excellent third place in one of the toughest races in the calendar.
The infamous 'Grizzly', run over 20 miles, started and finished on the seafront at Seaton in Devon and includes ten major hills, muddy fields and three long stretches of shingle.
Despite that, the entry limit of 2,000 runners is reached every year.
Jegou crossed the line in 2.20.5.
Four Abingdon Amblers joined him in the south west, with Nick Rutter leading home his teammates in 3.20.46.
