WOULD someone please enlighten me as to why there are two sets of traffic lights about four feet apart, on the island near the junction of Osler Road and London Road, Headington?
Surely one of the traffic lights should have been positioned on the pavement on the other side of the bus lane, as an indicator for the buses to stop or proceed?
