Anthony Cherry, 52, of Crutch Furlong, Berinsfield, admitted drink driving on February 6 on the B4015 in Chiselhampton. Namely having 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £500, costs of £70 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also banned from driving for three years.

Lukasz Zgraja, 27, of Birchfield Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Birchfield Close on February 7. Namely having 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £150, costs of £70 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also banned from driving for 18 months, reducible by four months on completion of a course.

Darren Manning, 44, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place – Abingdon High Street – on February 20. Fined £60 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Detained in the court house for a day.

Zywai Nyahoda, 20, of Marston Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence by failing to participate in a programme on November 2.

Suspended sentence of eight weeks implemented as a sentence of six weeks.

Safraz Khan, 34, of Horspath Road, Oxford, convicted of drink driving in Agnes Court, Oxford, on September 13. Namely having 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Also convicted of possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Oxford on the same date.

Fined a total of £250, costs of £150 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also banned from driving for a year, reducible by three months on completion of a course.

Joao Caboz, 40, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to a report a road accident in Cowley Road, Oxford, on April 4.

Fined £100, costs of £150 and £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given five penalty points.

Marvin Gerken, 50, of Stanton Road, Forest Hill, admitted driving without a licence and drink driving in Beaumont Road, Oxford, on February 11. Namely having 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £300, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 20 months, reducible by five months on completion of a course.

Brett Ward, 28, of Helleborine Close, Oxford, admitted shoplifting fragrances, valued at £102.96, from TK Maxx and possessing one wrap of heroin, a Class A drug, in Oxford on November 22. Told to do 60 hours’ unpaid work and pay £40 costs.

Zhi-ping Zhuang, 30, of Cranmer Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in Hollow Way, Oxford, on November 22. Given a six-month conditional discharge and six penalty points.

Ahara Annesley, 18, of Mill Street, Oxford, admitted criminal damage of £70 to a car window in Oxford on July 5.

Wayne Townsend, 26, of Sturgess Close, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a £179 vacuum cleaner from Debenhams in Oxford on January 31.

Serena Curtis, 28, of Leander Way, Oxford, convicted of assault by beating in Oxford on June 7.

Stuart Pownceby, 28, of Robsart Place, Cumnor, convicted of assault by beating in Oxford on June 7.

Eugene Kore, 43, of Choswell Spring, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in London Road, Headington, on November 25.

Fined £200, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given five penalty points.

Chloe Edmonds, 18, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two cans of bodyspray, a bottle of shower gel and a Valentine’s Day card, to the value of £6.49, from the Co-op in Oxford on February 11, and admitted committing another offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £15, costs of £15 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Zygmunt Kulbicki, 44, of Hollow Way, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence by not working as instructed on January 31.

Given an additional 10 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £50 costs.

Timothy Benson, 26, of Chiltern Crescent, Wallingford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to work as instructed on January 23. Ordered to do an additional 10 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £20 costs.

Danny Ryan, 22, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting DVDs valued at £75.94 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on February 3. Given a three-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

Ashley Palmer, 23, of Purslane, Abingdon, admitted arson on a Peugeot 106 valued at £300 on December 10 in Oxford. Given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for six months. Also told to pay £50 costs.

Darren Buchan, 24, of Thames View, Abingdon, admitted shoplifting food valued at £13.44 from the Co-op in Abingdon on November 12. Fined £25 and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and compensation of £13.44.
