A MAN charged with aggravated trespass after an eco-protest at Didcot Power Station will stand trial in May.
Carl Van Tonder, 20, of Wellington Street, Oxford, is accused of being part of a protest group that occupied the power station in October last year.
He denies the charge.
Van Tonder appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today for a preliminary hearing and bailed to return on Thursday, April 22.
