Oxfordshire turned into a winter wonderland again today as snow fell across the county.
But drivers were forced to go slow on the roads as the snow began during the rush-hour.
But the tricky driving conditions did not cause many accidents, according to a spokesman for South Central Ambulance.
More snow could fall across Oxfordshire tomorrow, but rain is expected for the rest of the week.
Between two and six centimetres of snow hit the region this morning.
Met Office spokesman John Hammond said the weather picture for Oxfordshire would be “wet rather than white” for the remainder of the week.
He added: “It could freeze tonight so there could be ice on the roads in the morning.
“But temperatures will increase throughout the week, rising to 6C during the day, and there could be heavy rain on Wednesday.
“It’s likely to be a pretty soggy week.”
