CROWN Estate, the new controlling interest in the Westgate Shopping Centre, is a ‘fresh pair of eyes’ when it comes to looking at redevelopment.
It should proceed properly and thoroughly – yet the lack of a timetable, combined with talk about setting up working parties, causes concern about when we will actually see a new and vibrant centre this city so sorely needs.
