Sir – On Monday last week, I spent 25 minutes in the queue in the Post Office in St Aldates before I got to one of the three officials at work.
Surely there must be plenty of trained post office workers who lost their jobs when local post offices were closed, driving more and more customers to the central one; so why are so many of the counters there unmanned?
