An ELDERLY woman was rescued from her flat at a sheltered housing complex in Harwell after a fire broke out last night.
Firefighters were called to the first-floor flat in Cherry Tree Court at 11.40pm.
The woman was brought out of the flat and taken to hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
