Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Bridge Street, Witney.
Just before 1am on Friday, the Co-op News Express store was broken into. The offenders forced entry and stole a small amount of cash and cheques.
An empty cash bag and some cheques were later recovered opposite Willows Farm on Crawley Road, Witney.
Anyone with information that could assist police is urged to contact Det Sgt White via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you don’t want to speak to police and don’t want to leave your name, contact the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
